My stay at Hotel Motto was generally enjoyable, thanks to its amazing location and fantastic breakfast. The metro stop right outside made exploring Vienna effortless, and I loved wandering along the bustling Mariahilferstraße pedestrian street. However, I did encounter a hiccup when a private event at the hotel closed the restaurant and spa on the night I had planned to use them, which was disappointing.
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Motto, with its charming old-world decor and convenient location right on Mariahilferstrasse. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making my experience much more pleasant. However, I faced a few hiccups with the air conditioning not being adjustable and the WiFi being a bit tricky to access. Overall, it's a solid choice for exploring Vienna, especially if you don’t mind a few minor inconveniences.

I stayed at Hotel Motto for four nights as part of my trip through Austria. The hotel has a cozy feel to it, with nicely decorated rooms and a spacious layout, but it wasn’t without issues. While the location on Mariahilferstrasse is perfect for shopping and getting around, the noise from the street, especially if you’re near the bus station, was quite bothersome. The breakfast spread was lovely, though having preset air conditioning set to 22 degrees was inconvenient, especially with the warm weather outside.
